Jesus, it's nearly the end of July, where does it all go eh? This time last year we were all on a ride around the Coromandel, and the weather was amazing, warm, sunny calm, look at it now. Last week I came back over the dessert road in a bloody snow blizzard, and we have had none stop rain since it seems. Did have a little jaunt out on Sunday, but only for an hour or so. I see from all the posts that there are quite a few still out there riding around, good on you all. I'm heading south again this weekend for a bit of a fish. Not too sure about going as I still haven't recovered from last weeks cold, but we will see how we go.
MotoGP wasn't that amazing? I mean how does Marquez do what he does on a bike. Despite the rush of blood to his head and crashing, lets not forget he was last, and still managed to overtake 20 of the worlds fastest riders like they were going backwards. Watch the replay of the race, he is certainly something a bit special. I mean when the top 20 riders all qualified in the same second and he is 18 seconds down with 20 laps to go, he pulls the pin. What a lesson for the other riders. Good to see two Yamaha's up there and Dovi on the Ducati, he taught young Jack a bit of a lesson, about concentration. It's amazing how the two Yamahas managed to get to the end and Rossi's front tyre was toasted with 5-6 laps to go. A lesson for the 'old man' of MotoGP that he needs to really adjust his riding style if he wants to stay near the front. But isn't he an amazing character, will he race till his age matches his number, I wonder? Well enough rambling on with this weeks page, lots of customs, lots of lovely paint, lots of lovely everything that we all like, so enjoy and share please.
