Hello out there. Seems to be the weather is stopping any of us from getting out and about on our motorcycles. Never known a winter like it actually, so much for Global warming eh? So because I am house bound I thought better get another installment out for you all, who are suffering from the same conditions. Had a good friend turn up here last week on his new Harley Davidson PanAmerica in prep for next seasons rides. The group is heading down South again after quite a long hiatus, and the adventure riders are doing quite a few of the trails that the South island offers, so he's bought this bike to do some of them. It's actually quite a nice bike, bristling with nice bits ( Brembo's tubeless wire spoke rims, electronic suspension, and automatic lowering when coming to a halt), all the modern necessities that are deemed necessary on todays motorcycles. I started off not liking them ( they look too much like Bender), but having seen the black one in the flesh, I think they are quite good, it was certainly quite comfortable to sit on. I know from the way my mate rides that we will hardly see him as he'll be off into the distance in a flash.  On a more sobering note, had two pedestrians killed on a controlled crossing here the other night. A motorcycle obviously going way to fast hit them and they both died instantly. The crossing was only 40 meters from a round about, so he must have been hauling.. Reports are this rider was a gang member. We seem to be having quite a problem with these 'motorcyclists' at present, who seem to think that they have impunity from the law, and can ride anyway they want to. I am left wondering when are our authorities going to do do something about them. I was very sad to hear of this, two people who woke up in the morning, and went about their day, and some fuckwit who thinks he can ride anyway he chooses takes them out. Both him and his pillion were admitted to hospital with moderate injuries. Life is just not fair I guess, it's a razor blade that's for sure. So, on that sobering note, here is this weeks installment. Please enjoy and share with your friends and try to concentrate on the good things in life.

A nice and tight looking little bike

I think mine looked better
Now I do like this workshop, stunning space

My lovely Guzzi, waiting for the summer

The only Italian motorcycle that I've never been a fan off.

All packed and ready to go, it's good to see these bikes being used, albeit not really what they were intended for, but it's good to see
I made mine all dull and matted, but I might just bling it a bit because I like the look now.
This is a very nice resto mod, looks great don't you think?

The winningest Ducati ever

Now this is a lovely restoration, take a moment and look at the work that's gone into this beauty

There's just something about a race bike

I recall the time when these were first introduced, everyone and I mean everyone wanted one
This is the first ever image I've seen of a bike that was the same color as mine. Mine was a 250 this is a 125, but the color was interesting

great image

When I was living in London, there were literally thousands of these things flying about

A very cheap motorcycle to buy, even now, and they make the basis for a very good hot rod

Beasts!!!!!!!!

Now that's a line up, the hard men of GP racing

Lust
Well that wont polish out

A very brave man, or very stupid
Not entirely sure how this works, but OK

Lovely work
This one looks a bit better

Nice body work, seems to work quite well. Personally the triangle decal on the tank, I would have kept it 4 sided and followed the line of the tank, it looks just a bit wrong angling up from the tank line
Hmmm, this is a great way to keep enjoying your old bevel.

These MT 01's are a very serious motorcycle. Torque like you wouldn't6 believe.

A wall of happiness

I've always liked bikes with twin enines

The suck part of the equation

Two Twin Titans
Pukekohe classic meeting, lots and lots of great bikes.

Pitch it in son

That's one way to destroy a bike, Jesus look at the carnage going on here

These are starting to pop up more and more, and I think they make a great basis for a hot rod.
Well used and good to see, no workshop queen here.

here's one I prepared earlier
One that I prepared earlier

Nice lounge mate

Had another mate who bought one of these last week as well. I do like them.
How nice is this?

A very nice MT-01, I've always had a soft spot for these

Bring on the summer. Speaking of which I might want to sell my 851 if anyone is interested, the one below is not it, I've got different SBK Titanium pipes on mine, but for the right money I might sell it.. Dont message me asking me how much, we know what they are worth, if your interested make an offer, I can only say No or Yes.
