Week 2 for the blog. How's it all going champions? I trust that you are all well, and have been getting a few K's under the belt. It seems every time I go out I see a Moto Guzzi riding the other way. This is good to see. And I do believe that after this week I will be joining that crowd. heading up to Matakana this week to finally pick mine up. I can't wait for this, it's been a long time coming. I also get to pick up the ZRX as well, which I am looking forward to swinging a leg over as well. I got word from the insurance company that the bike is written off, I'm currently trying to do a deal where I get paid out AND I get the bike back. Then I will put the poor old girl up on the stand and commence with the rebuild, gathering of parts, re painting etc etc. Not entirely sure what is required of the bike just yet, but a quick tear down should reveal all it's issues. Still no garage, this is beginning to wear me down actually, fuck it's just a tin shed, nothing difficult or fancy. Been watching a bit of the MotoGP pre season testing, and boy are these bikes fast. I love this time of year when you get to see all the new parts, the new paint schemes, and especially the technology that is going into the bikes. I've included some images so that you can see what is happening. You just about need to be a rocket scientist to work them these days, so many buttons, options, ride squat, ride life, break bias, fuel maps, the list goes on and on, pretty amazing really. Well enough of me rambling on, here's the blog for you all to enjoy. Spread the word and share the hell out of it. Chirps.
