Kia ora to all of you out there in internet land. Feeling full of optimism at the present, got a nice ride coming up in a few days, about to buy a new bike I think, a need another Ducati in the shed, and the Guzzi looks like it's about to be finished. I bought that bike exactly a year ago this week, and it's been a long road to get it back. It owes me north of 23K now and I am quite happy with that as this is going to be my first ever forever bike. I've had well over a hundred ( as you may know), 115 to be exact, but whose counting, and this is my first " lets keep this one" I'm looking pretty hard at an 888, as I could not find a Paso, and the 888 is a bike that I definitely fit, plus it's the only bike from my era ( 74-98 ) that I have never owned, so what the hell. My BMW R Nine T is going up for sale, it's just that little bit too small for my long legs ( as my left knee will attest to), you need to be shorter than 6 foot, so if anyone is looking for a 2019 2900 kilometer BMW R Nine T done in carbon give me a call, I might do a real deal on it. It has the heli bar conversion, engine covers, and a few other bits on it to make it worthwhile. So I'm guessing that's why I feel a bit chipper at the moment, a change is always going to do you good. Plenty of bikes to be seen out on the road at present, this warmer weather is great isn't it? So getting ready for summer, a lot of things are going to happen over the next 6 months. Post script to the above, I bought an 851 Superbike, it's in pretty good condition, but needs a bit of work to make it just right. Looks like there is going to be another Diavel on the scene too, but that one is a bit away yet. So anyways here we go again, enjoy
